Peaceful location. Very new and clean. Heating was on in bedroom when we checked in at 2pm which was great as it was raining and cool outside. Nice friendly young lady working at reception and serving drinks when reception was open and food in the evening (limited menu).

Absolute gem of a hotel on the Camino across the square from the monastery. Super comfortable, clean, quiet. Room was spacious, great bathroom and amenities. And I have to mention the BEST hairdryer in weeks of hotels on the Camino! Lovely woman staff member insisted on carrying my bag up to the second floor. All self serve light breakfast in included (also a coffee machine!) Really great stay 😊

Beautiful renovated building. Rooms really comfy and clean. The owners were so friendly and helpful. We had dinner, with ingredients from the garden, and it was delicious - best food so far on the Camino.

12 bed dorm with towel and linen provided (make up your own bed so you know its clean). Duvet also available. 3 unisex toilet/shower rooms on my floor and 3 more on floor above. Upper bunks accessed by stairs not ladder. Bunkroom and bathrooms were clean. Kitchen had a fridge, microwave and cooktops. Has drinks you could buy (wine, tea, coffee, cans of soda, bottled water). Washer €5. Dryer €5. My floor had outdoor balcony area. Downstairs had massive outdoor seating area and clothes racks. Indoors has a dining area and L shaped couch. I used the correo luggage transfer service to and from the property and that went well. Friendly, helpful staff. Bunkroom was quiet through the night. Good water pressure, hot showers. Liquid soap and paper towels provided in bathrooms. Camino Frances comes past the from door. Camino del Norte trail was a couple of blocks deviation as you come into Arzúa but easy to find. Comfortable stay.

We loved this hotel. It was stylish yet retained its ancient charm. The staff were friendly, it was peaceful with a beautiful outlook over the countryside, large well appointed rooms and DELICIOUS dinner and breakfast including local delicacies. We would come back here in better weather to enjoy the pool, views and tranquility ❤️
Apparently the sunsets are magnificent too which we would like to witness on a more relaxing break. We are hiking the Camino this time so less time to linger but what a place to linger even for a short while x
