Most of the staff were lovely, except a few sour faces however it didnt lower the customer service provided to us in the end. Location was great, with free Siam Park, Siam Mall and Karting experience busses stopping just outside the hotel.

The facilities were really good, more than one swimming pool, very open plan rooms. A very nice bar and a couple of nice restaurants too. The rooms were spacious, clean and we had a pool view which was a bonus.

The room was very large with a separate sitting room and kitchen. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Every where was clean and well kept if a little old in places.
