I think the price is worth what it's offering. Even though it is a very basic hotel, it was clean and spacious. Don't expect any kind of luxury/extras. It looks like they have recently renovated everything. Also, it's not near the city center, but it's very well connected by bus, the bus stop is right around the corner.

We had everything we needed in the kitchen.
The bathroom was big and beautiful, we had a washing machine( that was very nice).
The beds was comfortable, and we had extra towels.
Even though check-in was from 15.00, the owner of the apartment came 13.30 to give us access.
