Easy to find and everything was great. Mark met us when we arrived and showed us to our room which was ready and lovely. Great ensuite toilet/shower room was spotless. Our room overlooked the garden and pool. Comfortable bed and good night's sleep.
Mark showed us the guest facilities downstairs which included a fridge with milk and water and the guest lounge with TV which we planned to use but didn't. Great breakfast including a fresh egg cooked to order was a special treat. The property is an easy walk into the centre of Eymet.

Rudelle was handed over to us by Christophe. It was the only time we saw Christophe and tried to find him to thank him when we left but he was presumably busy with the grape harvest.
The house was immaculately clean and had everything you could possibly need. There were so many extra little touches including a lovely welcome pack (the wine from the vineyard was delicious).
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the middle of the vineyards. Unfortunately we couldn't control the occasional rain showers although we were able to enjoy the sun at other times sitting out in the garden watching the sun go down several evenings and eating outside was lovely. There honestly wasn't anything we didn't like.
We highly recommend booking Rudelle. We will always remember our stay there!

Emet was lovely but if you are staying longer than a couple of nights you would be better to have a car to travel to other places. Some lovely places close by to visit but would need a car public transport is very poor here.

Eymet has a supermarket, a good range of bars, restaurants and a few independent shops. Together with the weekly markets, it meant that we could stay local whenever we chose to do so. The area around the town is beautiful, lots of vineyards and wine caves where the owners are only too happy for you to try and then buy.

Eymet is lovely, it’s busy and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes to easily last you a week. There are two markets in the summer one Tuesday evening and one Thursday am both get very busy. It is a short drive to Bergerac which is lovely. There are loads of other towns near which have lovely cafes etc. You can easily spend two weeks and not get bored.

The town centre is varied and interesting.
The town centre is varied and interesting. A short visit to the Bastion and centre is worth it. Take in a cocktail or a meal in a wonderful location. A market on Thursday of local producers is worth the time.

Nice town with several new restaurants coming on board.
Nice town with several new restaurants coming on board. Lots of expats have started to call this place home. Walnut is new and offered a fantastic menu, reasonably priced. The Italian restarant is a good family option. Easy to walk around Eymet and relax in many outdoor cafes.
Petit Gite Eymet was a fabulous property to stay in. We spent a family week there and really appreciated the modern, spotlessly clean and well furnished surroundings. Everything was as described and both the property itself and the outdoor areas (garden and pool) were extremely well maintained. Eymet is just a few minutes walk from the gite and provides a lively centre with a great boulangerie and range of restaurants, surrounded on the outskirts by a beautiful rolling landscape of vineyards. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here.
The apartment is very well decorated, super clean and very well located in the center of Eymet. Owners are super friendly, very accommodating. We ordered breakfast and it was delivered to our doorsteps with croissants, freshly baked muffins and bread. We had marmelade, butter, yogurts, milk, a coffee pot (for us to use whenever needed) and a kettle (with a large tea box containing a choice of several tea flavors). Everything was just perfect!
Patrice has thought of everything, from luxury comfort like a sauna, hot tub and swimming pool, to a spacious 2-bedroom property that is very clean and has everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as a desk for writing/using a computer if needed. The location is set upon a hill above the small town of Eymet, quiet and remote but not too far from social activities if desired.
Great place with fantastic owners who can't do enough to make your stay comfortable and well-informed about local attractions and events. The apartments are beautifully furnished and finished and the beds large and comfortable. The location is fantastic, literally a minute from the main square in Eymet with its restaurants, cafes and a very good bakery. Highly recommended.
Gem of a guest house in the beautiful village of Eymet. Our wonderful hosts ensured we had all we needed at all times. The house was immaculately clean and comfortable. Breakfast consisted of freshly baked breads, pastries, yogurt and fresh local fruits, homemade jams. Pool and sun loungers in the exceptionally maintained garden. I will be back!
Eymet's a cool little town with lots of great restaurants. The apartment isn't far from the main square, which is sweet. I loved everything about it, from the comfy apartment to the super-friendly welcome we got from Leeann.
The apartment has everything you need, and the bed is really comfy, too.
Big thanks for our awesome stay!

Mark and Tom are very welcoming and accommodating hosts. we really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend Le Portanel to others.
I stayed at 52 Eymet for three nights with my Partner. I would absolutely would recommend any one to stay here.
The place is so lovely, very clean but most of all the owners make you feel so at home. They cannot do enough to make you feel welcomed. The breakfast is incredible, it was my favourite part of the stay.
Christine was a wonderful host and very welcoming. She had great recommendations and we could also use her machine to do some laundry (much appreciated!!). The location is right in the heart of Eymet and yet very quiet. We could store our bikes in the inner courtyard.
The house is spacious and light. The bedrooms are all a good size and the bedding and towels are wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. There was always lots of hot water. The location is perfect, just a short walk into Eymet.
Quite spacious self-contained accommodation just outside Eymet (the distance is walkable), run by very friendly and helpful hosts. And the wifi connection is very good.
