We had an early coach to catch and valued the proximity of the hotel to the departure point. The room was compact, but clean with a small TV, which had one English language channel (CNN). Close to two good pastry shops. Half an hour's walk to Cannes.

Location is fantastic, lovely neighbourhood, supermarket is in the building, all what is needed is on a walking distance including Croissette. Parking place is excellent and in front of the building. Apartment is great and comfortable equiped with all that someone need for a stay.
Nicolas was very polite and available to help and answer all questions.
Fully recommendation for this accomodation.

the apartment is part of a private home of a very nice elderly couple - the price (mipim…) was absolutely fair and all tidy and clean. the apartment interior is partly 70th but all functional and good bed - spacious as well

The apartment was very pleasant - well-organized, well-equipped, well-maintained and squeaky clean! Parking right next to the apartment.
The owner was very kind.
There were condiments, spices, beverages and cookies in the kitchen - "extras" that made the experience great. The garden is sweet.

I would not recommend le cannet as a destination. The flat was uncomfortable so we went for a walk but it’s a really gritty area There are better places outside of Cannes to enjoy your holiday in the south coast

The kids loved the swimming pool - the water was always clean and warm. The suite is on the first floor with its own kitchen and a washing machine which was handy. The host Svetlana was always available when we needed to ask something. I am sure we will be back to explore more of Riviera!ТТатьянаCanada

There is a huge gardeneading to your room. The bed is super comfortable and the bedroom big enough with proper lights. Breakfast was super sweet and good. I enjoyed it every second and would highly recommend it. Thanks again for everything ♥️

As I came for Cannes Film Festival, for me the price was good. In general, locations are very expensive that time of the year. Its not in the center of Cannes, but in Le Cannet.. its 22 minutes walk from the apartment to the beach.. not far and hill down.
