Loved the chalet and the warm and informative welcome by the owner. A very well equipped accommodation in a peaceful and quiet rural location. Wonderfully clean and comfortable bed and bedding.

The owners were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. I was cycling and they provided secure bike storage in their personal garage. Breakfast was great, room was very comfortable.
Hôtel Le Cap is situated right opposite Barneville-Carteret Beach, on the Normandy Coast. It offers rooms with panoramic sea views, and a restaurant with a flower-filled terrace.

A bit dated but good value at the price charged. Free parking across the road from the hotel. Will go back
Situated in the seaside resort of Barneville-Carteret, Gîtes des isles is only 150 metres from the beach. The guestrooms at Gîtes des isles are cozy and quiet and feature a private terrace.

Excellent value for money. It had all of the facilities that it promised. It was close to the beach. The communication was great they provided us taxi numbers when we asked.
This charming 18th-century building is just 2 km from the sea and sandy beaches of Surtainville. It is set in a beautiful garden and offers stylishly decorated accommodation.

Line is certainly a 'one woman band', she meets and greets, prepares the Continental breakfast every morning, cleans and tidy's the rooms.
Our two rooms were clean and very well presented, the breakfast as it says on the tin, "A continental breakfast", which was adequate.
Located in Surtainville which has a Boulangerie, hairdressers and a corner shop, more Ackwright, than Tesco's Express. So no restaurant or bar, you have to go to Barneville/Cateret for one. However the jewel in the crown for this quaint and sleepy village, is, La Plage, the Beach.
We parked our car by the dunes, walked through the car width gap in the dunes, and felt like the Bounty Hunters, as this beautiful unspoilt long sandy beach presented itself.
A stunning beach, which on a sunny day would be an ideal family destination. No cafes or bars, just spotless golden sand. Perfect.
Offering a garden and sea view, La Villa plein vent "La Cabine" vue mer is set in Barneville-Carteret, 70 metres from Barneville Beach and 1.8 km from Fleche Dunaire.

The surrounding countryside was so beautiful and peaceful.
The surrounding countryside was so beautiful and peaceful. We slept very well in the apartement. During our stay we toured the coastal regions of the Cotentin Peninsula and saw some breathtaking views. It was really easy to find the apartement and get around the small village. As the apartement was self-catering we cooked for ourselves. The nearby towns of Bricquebec and Barnville-Carteret are well-served by excellent French supermarkets and restaurants.
