The hotel is very beautiful. The receptionists and the entire staff are very polite and attentive. We had a wonderful dinner experience. Our apartment was very cozy, elegant and comfortable, and champagne awaited us as a welcome. We had a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden. We didn't use the spa, but it looked really good. The hotel is designed beautifully throughout with an incredible attention to detail. The bedrooms are stunning, spacious and provide spectacular views over the Champagne vineyards. The bar and bistro restaurant are brilliant but for a truly memorable experience book into The Royal which is outstanding. The Spa and treatments are 5 star and extremely luxurious. We spent two days at the hotel and neither of us wanted to leave - we can’t wait to return.
