Staff were amazing and the food was excellent. My wife has a peanut allergy which they took seriously and even baked nut free bread rolls just to be sure.

We wanted a break from everyday life so booked this for some peace and quiet in the countryside .. and that’s precisely what we got. Sun, birds singing and a frog chorus by night. 🥰

I always stay at the Inn On The Lake when I am in the area, usually for a quick overnighter for work. What I love about it is the location, easy access from the main roads, but it's like a little gem oasis! The lake is gorgeous, with seating on the deck overlooking the lake, after a busy day at work I look forward to being able to watch the sunset with a drink. The rooms are always lovely, really spacious with character (nothing like those copy and paste hotel rooms). The lakeview rooms are the best, there's a sliding door that opens onto a small patio with your own little table and chairs overlooking the lake. Menu wise, there is a wide variety, the food is always good and they do a wide range of gluten free options! The kitchen and staff are very good and clued up on catering for gluten free. Breakfast is always a bonus, and also caters to gluten free (full English, toast, cereal, sausages, hash browns, the lot). Room service is fab. The staff are always very nice and accommodating. As a stop over, the Inn On The Lake is absolutely fabulous, I just wish I wasn't actually doing a flying visit every time I stay!

A little gem! I would give it 11 out of 10 if I could.
Fell upon this by sheer luck and ended up staying 4 nights instead of 1, we were so comfortable. Can’t understand some of the negative comments on the reviews. The staff are incredible, hardworking, happy, friendly, anything you want they will try and accommodate you, always someone available day and night, really flexible to special requests and caring regarding special diets. They make it like a home from home and the level of customer service is something that is very rare these days. They found me a room with a microwave when I told them on check in that I travel with my own food due to dietary restrictions. Our room was spacious and had every amenity you could think of, bed was comfortable, big soft thick towels. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Lounge area really homely, warm and cosy. Very good breakfast options, pub type menu available to order until about 9pm with some good quality hot food and gluten free options. Really good bar and service. Free tea and coffee 24 hour self service machine plus hot and cold water dispenser. Very good security both building and car park. Residents only hotel so always plenty of tables in lounge/restaurant and no need to worry about who might be coming into the hotel/restaurant. Most of the hotel including the lounge/restaurant has had a refurb/makeover/redecoration. A big personal thanks to all the staff for being so helpful to me during our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend. Easy to find and access and plenty of free secure parking. Very fairly priced and good value for money.

Loved the original features and charm, staff very welcoming and always had smiles on their faces. Food, both lunch and breakfast, very tasty. Breakfast was smaller than expected.
location was perfect for race track and golf course.
location was perfect for race track and golf course. Restaurant had limited offer due to covid and no seating with 5 pound charge delivery to door so we did not use. Parking was 10 a day so expensive. 2 lamps did not work in the room. No bath only shower. Room was clean.

This hotel was great for an overnight stay to get away from home and relax with friends. After reading other reviews we wasn't looking forward to it but just goes to show that there is no review like your own review. The spa is a little dated but nothing major. Apart from that one negative which isn't really a problem we had a great weekend. I would just like to add also that the staff working during our stay where friendly and always more than happy to help with any questions. Thank you for a great weekend!!

Good hotel with good facilities, including swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room, excellent choice of breakfast.
The room I stayed in was very warm, the windows did not open, there was no air conditioning, the ventilation fan was totally inadequate.
The staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is splendid, a good selection, served well and quickly, with plenty of tea and juice. We also ate in the restaurant twice during our stay and this did not disappoint, the hotel clearly has a good chef. We booked spa treatments, used the pool and the fantastic terrace lounge with comfortable outside furniture, a lovely secluded spot ideal for sun bathing. The waiter service in the lounge is very efficient and a very nice terrace to sit on a warm evening.
This is a great hotel. The rooms were a little small for the price but very clean and well equipped. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The spa facilities were fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and polite. The hotel is very well situated if visiting Brands Hatch. We will definitely return.
It was one of our best stays! Our room was lovely, and the hotel felt quiet and peaceful inside.
And the staff are amazing! The receptionist, waiters, cleaning of course. Seems that I’ve missed this level of kindness, gentle positivity and professionalism - I would be glad to meet them again!
Approaching the hotel, we were both so happy. Looked lovely from the outside. Entering the building was lovely. So nicely set out. Receptionist were lovely. They even sang happy birthday to my partner as this was the purpose of our stay and for the mini fest the next day!
location is ideal. guess what?! it’s next to a race track, the hotel is perfect for people who like racing?? staff should be warmer and more welcoming to people who like racing….
Perfect location for brands hatch you cant get any closer.
Didn't get to explore as was rushed this trip but the bar area and menu was good.
