Well laid out plenty of space, massive kitchen where we spent most of the time when in
It could have done with a small freezer but otherwise excellent

We spent wonderful days in the stylishly furnished accommodation. Everything was super clean. The hot tub was prepared for us so that we could use it immediately. A bottle of Prosecco and breakfast ingredients were available. Thank you very much for allowing us to be guests.

First of all check-in time is really late at between 5-6pm which is very inconvenient, yet check-out is normal at 10.30am. When we arrived at 5.30pm the receptionist had left a note for us on the front desk with our room key, then she appeared briefly on her way out to dinner. The whole experience was a blur as she rushed out. We had no idea who to contact if there was an issue or where breakfast would be and the time. The best thing about the stay was the great breakfast in the dinning room, however that wasn't served until 9am and we wanted to get going earlier than this, (yes, we stumbled across the receptionist next morning and found out where to go and when!) A really disappointing experience all round. The photo's portrayed a neat appealing two story house, but it was messy and tired.

We were staying at the Castle B&B for one night with early start for the Giants Causeway. We walked down to the harbour for a beautiful sunset and great photo opportunities. There were some interesting birds to photograph and the setting sun made the sea look like molten copper. It was a perfect evening.

Highly recommended for anyone who loves ocean and island views and wonderful sunsets. Spotless and comfortable accommodation. Good wifi. Only downside for orange mobile phone users is no signal in house or Main Street. Top tip is that you can get signal in the churchyard of the beautiful white church or anywhere below that to the wonderful harbour.

Our accommodation, The Castle B&B, is situated in an ideal location for anyone wishing to enjoy the walks, the breathtaking scenery and the lovely harbour. Donagh McShane, who runs the B&B, is a very friendly and witty guy and we enjoyed a good laugh with him……and he even gifted us a bag of his home grown potatoes (which were delicious) as we headed for home. Whitepark Bay is easily accessed from the harbour although the little village of Ballintoy has little to offer in the way of amenities.

Visit the North Coast a lot but new to Ballintoy and it’s so charming. Quiet & peaceful with beautiful walks and views, there’s a couple of small cafes near the harbour and restaurant in the little village. It’s small and quiet, not one for nightlife at all - plenty of places a taxi away if that’s what you’re after.

Ballintoy harbour - keep left and you can go on a beautiful coastal walk for miles . Be careful of tide changes if you do the long walk. The Red Door cafe is great . Great views and beautiful chowder and homemade desserts . Sit and relax with a coffee or wine . In Ballintoy you can stay in hotels b&b”s or little cottages . Note. Bring cash as one bar only has card machine until 8.30. Also no ATM”s .
Great location near giants causeway, dark hedges and other sites. The lodgings are in a separate building behind the pub. The double bunks in the family room were perfect for giving our kids their own space! Surprisingly quiet room—couldn’t hear any noise from the pub/restaurant even though it was a busy night. We enjoyed the made to order breakfast options. Good dinner in the restaurant, too.
The property was perfectly situated on the Main Street in Ballintoy. Great location for those hiking the Coastal Way. There is a restaurant/bar attached to the property which made it super convenient to have a relaxing dinner after a long hiking day.
The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was excellent, especially the mussel’s!!
great value for money. house was spotless clean and all site seeing tourist spots within 15 to 30 minutes away. we throughly enjoyed our stay and definitely will return. The views from the house were spectacular. Ballintoy harbour just 2 min up the road by car and the nearest pub a 2 min walk. The hosts were great and very helpful.
Amazing location in the countryside, but close to Bushmills, Ballintoy and White Park Bay. Exactly what we were looking for. The property was spacious and well presented. The host was only a message away if we needed anything, and responded within minutes. Highly recommended!!
Location,scenery,access to beach
Perfect. Good base for hiking to balintoy Carrick a rede and Giants causeway. Kitchen facilities and lounge area better than most hotels simply for the view..would highly recommend but don't want to because we want it all for ourselves...love it

Great location- Did spectacular 5 mile cliff side walk on National Trust trail to Giant’s Causeway from Dunseverick parking area right off the Coastal Road minutes away from hotel and was able to get public bus back easily accessible just outside the visitor center.
Great location right on the strand! Beautiful views, from common area, of the ocean. Kitchen had many supplies, well stocked. Lots of tables and comfy seating in common areas. Very near carrick-a-rede rope bridge and giants causeway.
Small village but an absolutely fab location for seeing giants causeway rope bridge etc fab hotel great price everything was great from the minute we checked in till we left would definitely highly recommend 😀
Location is great. The view of the beach is wonderful. Our family enjoyed walking down to the beach and the 2 boys had a great time playing there. Very convenient to the Heritage sites nearby.
Ideal location within walking distance to the lovely little harbour and the restaurants in Ballintoy. Donnach was very friendly and informative. Breakfasts were spot on.
The place is one which exceeded our expectations. One of the occasion where you leave the hotel completely satisfied taking along with you memories to cheerish for life
