Great location, only a few minutes walk from the station. Opposite the De La Warr Pavilion, amongst bars and restaurants and, obviously, moments from the seafront.
The room was clean with everything you need. Nice lighting, great TV, excellent choice of teas, lovely bathroom.
There's a separate secure entrance so you can come and go without going through the bar.
The staff were very friendly
The bar on the ground floor is great and obviously very popular.
The breakfast was delicious.

The booking was fine with good correspondence from the guests until the day of travel, here we missed the message from the hosts asking us to call 15 minutes before arrival because the message was sent during our travel and we do not read messages whilst driving as it is illegal. We arrived just under 30 minutes later than the original time window communicated and called the hosts. The gentlemen (Andy) did arrive within 5 minutes but was very unwelcoming, uncourteous and direct. Not even a hello!

Bexhill is our happy place. We go to Bexhill whenever we can. It is clean, quiet and the people are very friendly, we absolutely love Bexhill. Lots of great places to eat. A great base for trips out to lots of places, historical eg Pevensey Castle, Battle Abbey Rye etc; other seaside destinations eg Eastbourne, Hastings and Brighton. We were there to visit family, and this was not our first visit to Bexhill, however, there are lots of neat places to visit, a good variety of restaurants and cafes, shopping and easy accessibility either by walking or public transport. Bexhill is a lovely quiet town with a fabulous prom.
Bexhill is a lovely quiet town with a fabulous prom. The stone beach is fabulous and great for walking along.. The town has many cafes, restaurants and good pubs along with nice shops and charity shops to mooch around. There is also a large out of town Marks and Spencer a couple of miles away. Bexhill has some really interesting independent stores...
Bexhill has some really interesting independent stores including an excellent material and haberdashery shop. The Pavillipn is well worth a visit and has some great displays and a good restaurant. The really lovely place to eat is the Trattoria along the sea front with such lovely staff. A lovely beach that exposes sand when the sea is out.AAnonymous - 8.0Scored 8.0

We were there for a family meeting so didn't see a lot, but we did go into the town for food and can highly recommend Bentley's as food and service were excellent and fairly priced. Currently a lot of road works going on which can cause hold ups but we did use two taxi services 247 cars and Town cars and both were punctual and reasonably priced for the length of journey and both with friendly polite drivers. Beautiful well equipped small town with an iconic theatre...
Beautiful well equipped small town with an iconic theatre which hosts music, comedy, plays and an art gallery. Lovely pebble beaches with plenty of rock pools and a wonderful promenade scattered with cafes, beach huts and a sailing club. A little way from the seafront is a classic Victorian park with a gem of a museum - one of its features is a model railway gifted to the town by the famous local comedian, Eddie Izzard (a working model of Bexhill from the 1960’s made by his dad). There’s lots of good quality eateries in the town and great varied scenery if walking is your scene. Bexhill does have good public transport - station and buses for visiting nearby towns and cities.VictoriaUnited Kingdom

Binkie, our Jack Russell, also got enough attention. Super cozy B&B. We had a wonderful room on the 2nd floor with good beds and coffee and tea making facilities. Every morning we were served a fantastic breakfast. We had nice conversations and got a lot of tips for the area. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and Hastings is about 15 minutes by car. Enough restaurants nearby and supermarket also within walking distance. We hope to visit again!

Ideal if you are going to an event, or just want a relaxing seaside break. My room was very nicely furnished at the top of the house, large en suite bathroom. Breakfast - excellent menu. I asked for just a continental breakfast and was delighted to have fresh fruit salad, super croissants with cheese, yogurt, and excellent pot of tea. I found the location was ideal, and the guest house very friendly and welcoming.I will definitely stay again when next in Bexhill.

Room comfortable and clean with balcony and sea view. Dinner was delicious and breakfast was a very wide choice ...everything one would want. Foolishly an item was left behind in the room after booking out, however, the staff quickly contacted and arranged the item to be promptly posted on. I cannot praise the staff and the hotel highly enough and would most certainly have a return visit and without second thoughts recommend to friends.

Warm and cosy with good quality bedding and kitchen equipment. The bath toiletries were lovely and we really appreciated the Christmas decorations. The cottage was cosy, clean and well located. Situated in a quiet area the cottage is near pubs, restaurants and the train station so you're never far from your next adventure. We love the character of how it’s decorated, Jo our host leaves a lovely welcome hamper on your arrival, which includes essentials and a few luxuries. All facilities you need for a short or longer stay. Lovely enclosed garden with seating. You are able to park directly outside the property too. It’s a short walk into Bexhill or down to Cooden Beach.
