The location was perfect as we like to be central and of course it is. The staff couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. The breakfast was delicious a few more options would be nice. We loved our room, I would have liked it cleaned and refreshed daily. Having the grounds to ourselves was a real bonus and the exhibition with the history is definitely worth a visit.

The host messaged me twice before my arrival making sure I had all the information I needed.
There were teas and real coffee and milk and sugar in the kitchen in case we were late or not prepared. Toothbrushes too. Everything was there that we needed and that we could have forgotten.

We spent just the one night but it met all of our expectations. The room, breakfast and hospitality were first rate. Enjoyed a lovely afternoon in the beer garden overlooking the river Cych. We couldn’t fault the evening meal in the restaurant.

We stayed this week, myself my partner and our puppy.
The place was absolutely STUNNING! So secluded and private and feels like your really away from the hustle and bustle of life.
The cottage was classy and quality, the hot tub was lovely and very private and it was extra special being able to see peacocks whilst sitting in the hot tub relaxing with a cold drink.
The kitchen was perfect with all types of dishes, pans and utensils, and what a lovely touch leaving us a little hamper! We loved it!
We will be back one day!

just returned from a two night break in this stunning pod. the bed was very comefortable and the pod was very clean. The owners couldnt have done more for us so friendly and helpfull. they gave us a very good and clear instruction manual and hand over of how everything works including the hot tub. Loved the little welcome basket containing local milk eggs and welsh cakes. would highly reccomend staying here.5* all round. inhave already rebooked to spend another two nights in febuary.
