The hotel is in a nice heritage building that has a lot of character. I was upgraded to a better room which was very comfortable.

With views over the beach, Tremadog Bay and towards the ruins of Criccieth Castle, Caerwylan Hotel is situated 10 minutes’ drive from the edge of Snowdonia National Park.

Location was absolutely perfect, ideal to get to the beach and see the castle, especially at night when it is floodlit. Staff great friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great for visiting other interesting places on the Llyn Peninsula.

It was so clean, bed linen and pillows smelt lovely and clean, kitchen brilliant, the eggs were fresh from hens and delicious. Loved feeding the alpacas and sheep, everything was fabulous 🤩 loved my stay, I want to stay again

    I never knew this magical place existed.

    I never knew this magical place existed. Stunning views in every direction, lovely cafes by the sea, mountains to hike (everywhere!), castles in the distance… and lovely people. Garndolbenmaen and Brynkir has to be one of the jewels of North Wales!
