Food was excellent and enjoyed the presentation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Glad they told us about the Park & Ride into town, made our visit very enjoyable. The room was comfortable and clean.

Great location and the adjoining pub was excellent. Communal cafe for guests (until 10am then open to anyone) was lovely and breakfast was very good. People had complained about road noise in other online review but I didn't experience that at all - though it was a bank holiday so maybe less busy than usual. The two free drinks was a nice touch.

The Hospitality of the staffs is Brilliant . Ms. Anna & Ms Molly are the kindest front desk staffs I have ever met in entire England . They wear a beautiful smile when they attend the guests from the bottom of their heart . So it makes the entire day pleasant during my stay.

The room was very clean and well appointed., very comfortable beds, Staff friendly and helpful. We weren't troubled by any noise from the pub below. The food was freshly cooked and very tasty., I would recommend both breakfast and dinner. Overall an enjoyable stay and good value.
