Ideal location. Friendly and helpful staff, all very knowledgeable about the area as well as everything they provide. We last visited 12 months ago and the staff remembered us from our previous visit. Room was very comfortable. Highly recommend a visit. A wonderful selection for breakfast. We booked in for our evening meals and they were delicious.

Lovely guesthouse in an excellent location in Richmond. Welcomed to our rooms with a complimentary drink which was a nice touch. Well stocked tea and coffee tray with delicious biscuits. Extra bedlinen and dressing gowns in the wardrobe. Plenty of hot water for the shower which had gorgeous toiletries too. Breakfast was served in the dining room and was delicious. Can't fault our stay. Also Nigel arranged to be at the property a few days after our stay to return some perfume I left behind. Excellent customer service.

Such a great place, was welcomed with enthusiasm which was genuine for the whole visit. Room lovely as was the food.
