The staff were very helpful and attentive. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. Breakfast was generous, with plenty of choice. The hotel itself is a beautiful building with lots of original architectural features.

Just outside of Penrith, the Brantwood Hotel is less than 3 miles from Ullswater. Just one mile from the junction 40 of M6 it offers en suite bedrooms and TVs.

The place was beautiful, the staff were absolutely wonderful very friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely, with a nice view from the bedroom. The shower was also incredible, we wanted to take it with us 😂 Thank you for having us, the pub is also lovely, very nice food and very pretty/relaxing ambience inside. We expected to go to Penrith for the evening but couldn't get a taxi, they squeezed us in to eat too. Thanks again for that too 😁 Very good value for money.
