The towels were beautifully clean and soft, same as sheets on bed. The bathroom was nice and clean and bright.

The hotel was lovely and clean with really friendly and helpful staff. I was able to maneuve around in my manual wheelchair without any problems. The room we stayed in was very spacious, had all the facilities we needed and a very large and comfortable bed. We couldn't hear any other guests from our room. The breakfast was hot with the standard choices including a nice range of continental offerings that were fresh.

You could not find a better location to stay in London. The setting was immense and beautiful everywhere you looked. The rooms were comfy and well laid out and being so close to transport links and it's absolutely perfect. Do not ever book a chain hotel again in London when you can stay here. Amin the receptionist was top class in everything he did and recommended. Cannot praise him or the hotel enough.
