The room was spacious and clean with small seating area overlooking garden. Food was excellent i.e. breakfast and dinner, using locally sourced produce. Nice touch was fresh milk for room tea and coffee facilities not the dreaded UHT pod and fresh biscuits. Tyler the host was very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Picked this hotel because it was close to the places we wanted to visit.

We've stayed here before. My ratings are based on the facilities and comfort of this property in relation to it's great value for money in the area. It is not luxurious but it is very comfortable, clean and with a good kitchen area. It's perfect for us as a base to walk into Walberswick.

Kirsten was extremely welcoming. Family room was very comfortable and lots of thought, care and attention given, from the children’s toys to borrow, kids shower wash, fridge with milk and water, chocolates and biscuits. Our children loved the room and bunk bed. Breakfast was delicious and even better to taste and hear about the honey made.

Can't really rate it for anything as it was a means toward an end - needed somewhere to over-night and this was close enough to the function and was bookable online. It has an original wind-mill if you care to have a look, other than that, its a picture postcard type village!
