I booked room with double bed for me and my daughter as there were no twin beds room left, luckily we had a sofa bed in our room and staff agreed to prepare it for us completely free, that gives us extra comfort during busy days.

All staff were were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The reception staff, Joanne, Gabbie and Hollie in particular showed immense patience in sorting out my requirements for working on line whilst at the hotel.
The room was spaceous for a single room, in addition I was given as much coffee, tea and milk as I could possibly need, (I was offered more biscuits) The restaurant was excellent, more helpful staff, I can recommend the breakfast.
