The location was excellent, just off A120 and easy to find. Toby Carvery and B P garage with M&S shop in same vicinity.
The breakfast in hotel very good and plentiful, always being replenished and it was a bonus having breakfast included in room rate.

Location was perfect for what I needed. The place is immaculate, underfloor heated, hepa filtered air, great shower, lovely hosts, and one of my personal favourites, a smart TV. Nothing negative to say and would definitely stay there again. Can't recommend highly enough. If you want a nice place to eat, there is one 5 mins down the road that the host will tell you all about.

Everything was perfect, but our favourite bit was the outdoor seating area in the sun trap to sit back and admire the beautiful garden, breakfast was also lovely cooked with quality local ingredients.
Our daughter is autistic and usually struggles to adjust to new surroundings but having Netflix in the room enabled her to watch the things she likes and even she called it her new home.
Little Bullocks Farm is a lovely family-run guest house near Stansted Airport, offering stunning en suite rooms with free Wi-Fi.

Very clean, the room was spacious and quiet. Good selection of continental food for breakfast. Good that you could just go and help yourself if you were in a hurry.
Self Check in was very smooth. A lot of effort went into the breakfast but check out was at 10:30 but didn’t realise until 10:20 so didn’t have time. Very clean functional and would be a lovely option for the e summer months. It suited our needs.
