Lizard is a beautiful little town with some stunning scenic coastal walks and a handful of some good pubs and eateries. Could spend a week here exploring all the walks and the different types of ales and beers!

The food at the hotel was exceptional, we had breakfast and evening meal which were delicious.
The South West Coastal path runs along the bottom of the garden of the hotel so was easy to access so very good for walking.
The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly at the hotel.
Our only criticism was that the beds were too hard for us so we didn't sleep very well.

We first fell in love with The Lizard almost 30 years ago.
We first fell in love with The Lizard almost 30 years ago. We love how relatively unspoilt it is. Walking the coastal path is just amazing & we have so many favourite places we visit year after year.,

So many places to see- if you drive, so much to explore, this is a must, you’ll never regret it. There are Michelin stars restaurants in a 20 min drive area, you xan see surfers riding the waves in November, it’s so lively
Very friendly and welcoming hosts. They even hoisted the flags of our two home countries for us - what a special treat! We enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee, toiletries in the shared bathroom and a high level of cleanliness. The breakfast was exceptional with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals and different warm options to choose from. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely come back.
The location and cooking were excellent. The staff were very friendly. Although the room was small (I did not expect anything less), it was reasonably priced in the circumstances, and it was clean. I really travelled to the area only to visit as many of the parishes of the Lizard as possible within a short space of time, so I was only really at the hotel to sleep.
This is central to the Lizard village in a lovely farm house. We stayed in a spacious room with views in 2 directions over fields and the sea. Great hosts who made us very welcome. One of the best B&B we have stayed in while walking the SWCP, and well worth the slightly detour!
Also recommend the Mexican Dinner near by for eating out, which is amazing?
Good location for exploring the Lizard. Plenty of space for one or two. Charming decor if in need of a refresh here and there. The chickens running around are cute. Any queries promptly dealt with. Nice little heater and lights. Very pleasant seats and tables for use outside. Lots of clean towels and bedding and dog friendly.
The location of the property is great. It’s only 5mins walk to lizard point where you can then have some nice coastal walk. The room we stayed has a sea view. The bed is comfortable. The lady is very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast has a good variety and very nice.
Caroline and Mike were so helpful and friendly. The room was perfect, the bed comfortable, and the location exactly what I needed. This is a perfect place for anyone hiking the SWCP or exploring the Lizard. Also, Roscoe the adorable dog brought joy to my stay.
Lovely hotel with good parking and stunning views. The breakfasts and dinner are beautifully prepared and a good size. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bar is well stocked and there is a quieter snug where you can take your drinks
Lovely old farmhouse with comfy homely rooms. Friendly helpful hosta and great breakfast. Fantastic location a short walk from the stunning Lizard coastline. Plenty of facilities and eateries in the village. Good public transport links.
The bed was super comfy! We had a huge twin room with a nice bathroom. Staff were all lovely. Breakfast was a highlight, could order multiple things of the menu for one price! Free parking outside. Best place we stayed in Cornwall :)
The hotel is in an exceptional location with wonderful views from the conservatory and grounds. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very attentive and always happy to help. Cleanliness around the hotel was very good.
Absolutely brilliant location, close to the lizard. We had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfy..Liz was really helpful, and friendly. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again if we are in the area..
Perfect layover on the South West Coast Path. Chill and have drinks and dinner in the Inn or lots of options nearby. Friendly staff and good service! Vegan options on the pub menu for dinner and breakfast
Friendly welcome when we turned up, spacious and well maintained room with nice view. The Top House Inn is centrally located and everythingthat Lizard has to offer is in easy reach.
The food for breakfast and dinner were very good, and the room comfortable, clean and a good size. The bathroom was and good size and well appointed, and the towels large and soft.
Great place - very near the cliffs of Lizard and a very short drive to Kynance Cove. Lovely farmhouse and nice quiet location. I felt welcomed and well looked after.
The property is in a superb position above a beautiful bay. There are lots of places to sit outside & take in the view. There was an electric car charging point.
