The room was very comfortable, the bed was the most comfortable ever! It was warm enough and very clean. I loved the building, so much history. The shower items were good, saving me from having to unpack and repack on arrival (I was travelling onwards the following day). The tea facilities in the room were much appreciated.

Breakfast is very good, delicious , There was a problem with table arrangements and its seating as we expected very good location with spaces. We had to have very disappointed the staff served at the time we were there. The lady who served at the time of breakfast had lack of hospitality, manners, and did not well come. Then we had a good conversation with the other person who was in charge, I guess, served well. She was a nice lady with great service and she was able to manage everything cool , and our tension , disappointment to be calm down, and had a good chat. Thank you!!!
