The view onto the bridges from the lounge and kitchen was amazing and the apartment was very large. It was very cold when I arrived very late at night, and I immediately turned on the heating in the the bedroom, which was very efficient and warmed the room very quickly. Communication with the owner was very good and efficient with very easy to followinstructions, and the self check in was very convenient considering I arrived past midnight. There's even private parking just in front of the house. Pity I didn't stay longer to enjoy the apartment.

The staff was really nice and friendly. Although you have to pay for breakfast, it was good.

Incredibly friendly staff, great location (I was running Edinburgh marathon and the train link was very easy to access to get from Abedour to Edinburgh). The room was comfortable with good facilities.

Hotel is set in beautiful well kept grounds, all staff attentive and friendly.
Quality food well prepared. lovely to have a dinner table set with linen cloths :-)
Room very comfortable and facilities of high standard.
Room very comfortable and facilities of high standard. The staff were extremely helpful. View of bridge made our stay but traffic noise was constant and may be a problem for light sleepers.
The bedroom was far too bright at night. Light under desk and also by the door(probably fire escape regulations and not hotels fault).

We liked the comfort of this hotel , we liked the breathtaking views of The iconic Forth Bridges and I would happily return and recommend to others. It was worth paying extra for a room with river view even though we did not go for the most expensive.

It's a small town with a few sights but nothing to really write home about... - with one exception. "The Wee Restaurant" is an absolute MUST to dine at: one of the best ribeye steaks I ever had in my life!

Great location, very calm neighborhood; great place to stay when you want to visit Edinburgh - train station is in walking distance or the bus station is around 2km (it has free parking and there are several buses each hour that take you to the center of Edinburgh).
Good to save some time to visit the North Queensferry as well - it has interesting history and very nice coastal path that brings you to a beach.
Beautifull views on the three bridges (each built in a different century ;-)
Excellent location & a perfect place as a base to venture out from & return to.. with a rather comfy bed that i had nee problem nodding off for a good nights sleep.. & the view out of the front window is fab.
Located not to far from the North Queensferry rail station its easy to head into Edinburgh, head north further into Scotland & even just hop a train across the iconic Forth rail bridge to Dalmeny where you find some tremendous places for food & even a boat trip.
The room was spacious & the bed comfortable.
The breakfast was very generous, great value & set us up for the day.
The view of the Forth Road Bridge from our breakfast table was amazing... see photo
Very conveniently located to catch the X55 express bus into Edinburgh.
The staff were very helpful & even stored our luggage for a few hours, despite us having already booked out.
We loved everything. The hotel is beautiful with fabulous views of the wonderful Queensferry crossing. The staff were absolutely outstanding so friendly and attentive catering to all our needs. The rooms were modern and spotless with very comfortable beds. The restaurant food was delicious with plenty of choices. I would highly recommend it. 💯%
Staff great, especially Magda at reception and Adam in the restaurant. Whole atmosphere in hotel was friendly and relaxed but also very professional with careful attention to detail. Toiletries luxurious in quality and quantity. Room spotless, spacious and comfortable. Views excellent. Hard to fault.
Love how clean the hotel is. The staff are friendly and it's an easy spot for me to get around for work. You can always get a parking spot too. I got room service just soup and sandwiches but nice. The rooms are lovely and big, with nice lighting and comfortable beds.
Booked this overnight stay for my niece and her husband. They loved the hotel it was in a great location with fantastic views over the Firth of Forth. The room was very clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. A perfect location for going into Edinburgh.
A most attractive and modern hotel situated at an amazing scene: everything met our expectations and the staff were most polite, courteous and helpful. The room, bathroom, beds, and breakfast all good. A most enjoyable short stay: thank you.
The location was easy to find and the room was spacious with good views over the Forth. Check in and out was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful even when under pressure. The menu and meal for the wedding I was there for was good.
The rooms are modern, well-equipped and comfortable. I also had a nice view over the Forth Bridges. The staff are efficient. The food in the restaurant is good, although I found the choice rather limited.
Spotlessly clean, modern rooms with great facilities, great view of the new bridge when lit up at night. Food was excellent as well and great location for both Fife and Edinburgh
On arrival we received a complimentary room upgrade, the room was fantastic! The staff were all really friendly throughout the hotel and restaurant. Food was excellent too.
Excellent choice of menu and food presentation. Ability to find peace and quiet despite the hotel catering for busy wedding functions. Superb views of the Firth of Fourth.
One cannot hope for more in such a city. The hotel is far from everything and does not have a good restaurant. There is almost no service past the front desk.
