Comms from the start with the host was good and helpful. The cleanliness of the property was great! The sofa bed was also made up as requested. Also liked the dual shower option and the bath - only wish I had taken bubble bath :-)

Staff were super friendly from start to finish -- from the reception desk, bar, breakfast and restaurant team through to the Commercial Manager and General Manager who let me share their office (OK, they were working in the lounge!). Provided a phone charger, attempted to befriend my Border Collie (some with more success than others), gave a great walk recommendation, took a food order from the golf course when I was running late, and generally made me feel very welcome.
Food was really well presented (breakfast impressed), and my evening meal in the restuarant (venison followed by honey baked plums) hit the mark.

Everything. Location, friendliness, cleanliness and food. The attention to detail was incredible. I had the best sleep ever. Beach on the door step. Cocktails and shortbread waiting in the room and rocking chairs on the veranda . Every member of staff were happy to help and offer advice about the area. A real hidden gem.

We booked last minute and were glad we did. The location is amazing, The welcome was like visiting old friends who couldn't do enough for us. Sitting on the terrace looking at the view in the peace and quiet was great. The whole place is spotlessly clean. Our room was roomy and comfortable. So many choices for breakfast, which was wonderful. Easily accessed off the main road, and a good base for the area.
