Lilly the host was exceptional. Helpful friendly and kind. She showed us around on arrival. Couldn’t do enough to help out. There were some bits and bobs there to get us started like bread milk etc. the space and rooms are very clean and the location is beautiful. Rooms are massive and plenty of space to chill out and enjoy. Wildlife everywhere rabbits and deer just outside. Gardens are beautiful and lots of care and attention put into the space to make it feel like home from home. It was so nice rather than a night out we got some drinks and nibbles and stayed in the annex. 3 double rooms two living rooms and a kitchen. Massive gardens and chill out spaces with full kitchen facilities. We popped to a local supermarket very close by and got all we needed. Considering how close you are to the city I think you can’t get any better if you enjoy a peaceful retreat. You would never know how close you were to all you would need as the drive and grounds keep things quiet. Lovely place to go.
