I booked Mabel cottage for one of our employees working in the area. On arrival the property was extremely clear and tidy with all requirements in place. It is walking distance from shops including a Coop and excellent pubs etc. Anthony [owner] provided the key and was extremely helpful. The feed back from our employee was extremely positive and that the property is in an idyllic location on the banks of the river Meon.
We often book properties for our employees when they are working in Hampshire and this is certainly one that we would book again.

Excellent 4 Star facility, calm & peaceful. Best part was SPA & Pool facility which entertained the kids so much. We were basically visiting Paulton’s Park thats why booked a stay here and it was worth it. Excellent room. If you are looking for something away from the city but not so far then this js the best location. It has a big retail park just around the corner like not more than 2 miles away so anything you need you can just drive or walk.

The room is clean and tidy, very comfortable king size bed with great pillows. Breakfast has a good variety. The 'pint and a burger' evening is worth every penny!! Best burger I have had in ages.
