Very convenient position to reach by bus from Lhr T5. The hotel is quite nice. The room was reasonably spacious with comfy bed and a large TV screen. Very clean room and bathroom with shampoo cpnditioner and soap provided and complimentary tea and coffee in the room.

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3 is directly attached to Heathrow Terminal 2 with Terminal 3 located a 12 minute walk away by a pedestrian underpass.

The staff in the bar, were excellent. They attended to every customer very quickly. The Spa was very spacious and well lit and relaxing, good number of loungers and seating areas, the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were lovely to use, definitely a great highlight of our stay, both restaurants had plenty available areas you could sit and relax. The changing room was clean and comfortable, the showers were powerful and nice and easy to use. The Spa staff were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean, and the two bottles of water in the fridge was welcomed, good amount of hangers and towels. The highlight of the breakfast was the fresh pineapple and kiwi combination. Complaints being resolved.

Lovely setting in a beautiful English town within walking distance to a large number of restaurants and bars. Very handy to both train stations which we used every day for various site seeing trips. Exceptionally comfortable bed in a lovely room with everything we needed included eg iron, fan, hairdryer etc. Also it felt very safe and quiet at night. Would use again.
