The apartment had a lovely Greek feel to it and despite it being 5 bed was perfect for a couple. We had access to a large terrace which had stunning views of the bay since it was up the hill a bit. We loved picking different routes to the beach, all short!

The studios are located on a beautiful remote part of Patmos. The entire property itself is quite lovely with beautiful views from every unit and fruit trees everywhere, and there are several quiet and more natural beaches within walking distance. If you don't have a car or scooter, it's a bit far from the big town (Skala), but it's fairly close to the historic center of Hora.

A quaint little authentic Patmos house where they have retained the original country house look, it has a surprise outdoor partially covered living area with ocean view that is although on the modest side, upscale, beautiful and tranquil. The front entrance has a nice garden private entrance that is lovely and well maintained by the owner Nektarios, who is a delight and very kind young man. The studio's furnishings are basic but quite adequate. Everything else is pure luxury: the amazing location, the secret beach just steps away, the peaceful starry nights. Maria and Giannis were easy to communicate with, most welcoming and super helpful. A great place to soak in the beauty of Patmos, relax and make new friends. The entire site is tastefully designed with a beach at your doorstep. I stayed in the studio which had super fast wifi for working, a large comfy bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. Arias was the best host and offered to drive me to the health clinic when I had an accident - thank you for your generosity!

Besides the great sea view as well as the beautiful nearby (walking distance) beaches, its also conveniently located near Chora and Skala. Rooms were very clean and cleaned on a daily basis. The staff of the hotel was very kind and helpful and they assisted us with everything. All on all a great value for money place to stay and people extremely kind and helpful.
