The staff service was very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was good and tasty, the beaches in the area are wonderful.
Right across the beach, in the picturesque village of Chorefto, Cleopatra is set in an olive-tree garden and offers accommodations with views of Mount Pelion and the Aegean Sea.

«Το χωριό μου στο Πήλιο δεν υπάρχει πια» - "My village in Pelion no longer exists" - this sentence from the Greek medias describes with what all local communities in Pelion are collide. The storm "Daniel" seems to devastated the roads, the infrastructure, the houses ... but not the people. I believe that these people will succeed to rebuild their society. And I warmly advice all of you, that are looking for a nice vacation, to choose that region, that part of the world ... I think that this way you will help them lot ...
My old review: (15.08.2023)
I was waiting a week, before to write this review. And i was wandering - to write or not to write :) And that was just because we (me and my wife) were not sure - if we told to everybody about this village, about this piece of old sea paradise - will it stay the same next year ... In our case, In this 2 stars Hotel - Cleopatra, we have received: The silence, The sun rise, The white noise of the sea waves, The morning song of birds, The sweet Greek coffee, The exceptional breakfast, The combination between the wet mountain and the hot sand on the beach, The crystal clear sea, The hundreds of fishes around us, The silence, The white noise of the sea waves, The Pergola with grapevine, The siesta, The sound of Dices of our Backgammon board, The silence, The white noise of the sea waves, The sundown, The Tavernas, The Moon, The silence, The white noise of the sea waves and cicadas, troughs the balcony door at the night ... and the hospitality of the hosts - Zoe and Yanis

There is a coffee shop nearby which provides best coffee options. Location of hotel is the best as it is walking distance to any restaurants. The hotel decor feels like going back in time to the 60s, whimsical and amusing. Room is clean and everything works for a one night stay.
Just 98 feet from the beaches of Parisena and Horefto, To Mpalkoni is traditionally built according to the local Pelion architecture. It offers air-conditioned accommodations with Aegean Sea views.

Amazing location just across from the beach. The staff were amazing and went beyond to make the stay memorable. I even extended my stay by an extra day as couldn’t get enough.
Just 98 feet from the sandy beach of Chorefton in Pelio, the family-run Erato features a dining room and a stone-paved terrace with vine-covered pergolas.

Amazing sea view from the room - that is why we chose the hotel. Very good location.
Keeping very clean. Changing the towels every day and sheets every 2 days - something we did not expect from 2-star hotel.
Welcoming staff.
This place is amazing! Super private, nice garden with a sea view. There are plenty of beautiful beaches around. Chorefto is only 2 mins by car and there are many tavernas and a grocery shop. Christina is an amazing host. Definitely we are coming back!

Not easy to reach, especially if you are starting further away from Volos, but a beutiful and quiet place to spend a few quiet days by the sea.
Everything is within walking distance, the coast line is long, the beach and sea are very clean and it offers ample space to set your umbrellas.

One important Thing to bear in mind about Chorefto: As Chorefto is just on the foot of the Pilion mountain, in September the sun disappears behind the mountain MORE THAN 1 HOUR earlier than on the other side (west side) of Pilion.

This area of Greece mainland is very beautiful.
This area of Greece mainland is very beautiful. The drive from Volos is a mountainous route but with stunning greenery all around. Chorefto itself is a lovely little town with proper Greek tavernas. The food is almost always fresh locally caught fish, or locally grown produce and so reasonably priced we struggled to pay more than 20-30 euros for a very full meal with wine for two. There were plenty of great little restaurants serving freshly made good home cooked food. The locals were genuinely charming, friendly and helpful. The beaches are stunning and Agioi Saranta is a true paradise. Cannot praise this area of Greece enough. Great for relaxing, walking and mountain biking. We hope it remains unspoiled. Would definitely go back.

Some restaurants were already closed For the season but there were enough open mid-September to provide variety. All our meals were good.
People who are afraid of dogs would not be happy, as there are many large, friendly dogs (all with collars) that are around the beach and restaurants.
A fantastic location - we had a terrace with wonderful sea views and went asleep listening to the sound of the waves on the shore... gorgeous.
We availed of a laundry service in the hotel, which was very convenient as we were travelling with small bags and this service was much appreciated!
Friendly staff - they also arranged a taxi for us to our next hotel.
The beach was beautiful and the restaurants we visited were very memorable. Highly recommended!
Perfectly clean apartment and super kind hostess. The hotel is 5 minute on foot to the villiage and just in front of the sea. There is enough space for parking in front of the hotel or even on the street. The whole place is full of plants and green and the terrace where they serve breakfast and coffee is something wonderful with sea view and natural shades.
The view of the sea from the balcony and the ground-floor terrace were spectacular! It was a nice walk to the beach (though, as noted in the description, including a hill) and easy to get breakfast food from the market near Chorefto Beach. The host was great to talk with, as well! My friend and I really enjoyed our stay.
All praise for the hotel. The rooms are spacious, the beds re large and comfortable, and the hygiene is top-notch. Bed linen and towels are changed every day. The hosts are very pleasant and with information about what to visit and see in the area. Perfect and surprisingly beautiful. Nature is fascinating.
Yalla Chorefto is a small family run hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and clean.
Chorefto beach is nice and quiet, it is a very short walk either via the road or walkway across the road to the beach.
There are Tavernas and a small store within 5 minute walk also.
There is a coffee shop nearby which provides best coffee options. Location of hotel is the best as it is walking distance to any restaurants. The hotel decor feels like going back in time to the 60s, whimsical and amusing. Room is clean and everything works for a one night stay.
Everything was wonderful. Chorefto is a very beautiful town, cozy, quiet, beautiful beaches, with crystal clear water, very good food, no matter which tavern you choose to eat at. Very hospitable people. All locations have a sea view. We will definitely come back
The room for 2 adults, 1 child was big enough amd bathroom looked like new. Huge patio for breakfast in shade of grape leaves, with a look on seaside. Owners very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. We really enjoy our stay in hotel Cleopatra
A fabulous 2 stars hotel. Excellent location, by the beach. Close to restaurants. Very comfortable, clean, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast.
Zoe and her husband made every effort to make our stay pleasant and convenient. Highly recommended
Located both near Zagora and Chorefto, with a great view at Chorefto beach, location is very good as long as you are willing to use a car. Nice garden, a well equipped kitchen, spacious living room and comfortable toilet room.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The resort was exceptionally clean and had strict covid measures in place. Lovely pool area. Was excellent value and highly recommend staying here if you are wanting to visit Chorefto
Wonderful owners and location! The hotel is in front of the sea and there are many restaurants in this cute little village to enjoy nice Greek food! Wake up early to see the sunrise, It's totally worth it!
The location is good, the hotel is on the main street to the beach (the hotel has direct access to the sea, but not to the beach). The room was clean, the size of the room was ok
