Spacious apt
Very quiet neighborhood
Parking right in front of door
Ten minute drive to beach( Riva Bella)
And just a bit more to gallipoli.
Great gas kitchen stove with oven.
(I made a coco vin🤪)
And the best part was the warm greeting by the owners with a big pitcher of their home made red wine!

A great place to stay 10 of 10 well deserved, it was above my expectations. Two things that I really liked were the breakfast which every day it included a local speciality and also the staff were great, Sergio gave us some great suggestions and other staff were kind and helpful as well.

This was a truly lovely experience in Puglia. The hosts were absolutely wonderful, always willing to help with advices on what to visit in the Salento region. Breakfast was top notch and the room was impeccably clean and very spacios, strongly reccomend the staying at Villarancia!
Alezio is just a small town. There isn't really anything special about it. People come here to sleep so they can go to the beaches near Gallipoli. We visited family friends. That's why we were in Alezio.

It's the nearby town there is nothing special about it other than Tenuta Monticelli is nearby and certainly better that being in Gallipoli which is just another tourist trap that is still a little messy.
We loved where the house is situated so close to supermarket and the coffee bar. Walking distance. They provided all the necessary items in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and a great outdoor setting. I will be letting my friends in Western Australia know all about how great a place to stay if they go to Gallipoli. We met the owners father, lovely man. He invited us out for coffee and then the next day dropped off some cakes for breakfast. It’s was the best place we stayed while we were in Puglia.
This was a lovely place to stay. The farm was much larger than we expected, but that meant it was quiet and peaceful. The photos and descriptions don't do it justice. There's a terrace for relaxing and sunbathing, a hot tub, a simple but delicious continental breakfast, and it's close to the villages and beaches of Puglia. Our hosts even provided a free bottle of their excellent olive oil, which we happily used during our stay. Loved it, and would gladly return!
My wife and I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation near Gallipoli. The family who owns the place were exceptionally kind and welcoming, making our experience truly memorable. With its convenient location just a 15-minute drive from Gallipoli, we highly recommend this accommodation for a warm and enjoyable stay in the area.
everything is perfect! the accommodation is perfect for a couple and 1 or 2 children. the property is beautiful and the restaurant is very good. The owner is very attentive
Perfect location to visit Gallipoli, the beaches of Baia Verde and padula Biance. favorite for Santa Maria Al bagno
My friends and I stayed here for two nights and it was wonderful. Super beautiful place, we loved the patio where you could go for breakfast. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, the landlord was very helpful and welcoming. Definitely the best place to stay in Alezio!
Stylishly refurbished historical family property with perfectionist attention to detail by owner and very welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast full of home made and local specialties. A great place to stay if you want to be in a small town near Gallipoli.
The room was very clean and was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was very rich, served on an open terrace. The host was very friendly. Supermarket and a nice restaurant are just across the street.
The place is perfect for visiting Gallipoli.
A good secluded place away from noise. We stopped here for a few days and then travelled around Puglia in our car to enjoy the beaches. The owner is nice, and also provided us free breakfast at a nearby café.
