The owner was very helpful and nice. Always ready to answer messages on Booking and provide information. The place is located in some industrial zone but there is a peaceful park in a close area. It was beyond blissful to go for a walk here! The room was cosy and clean. Potable water, coffee, tea, milk and some sweet breakfast stuffs were available. Smoking area outside. There were also business cards with some recommended restaurants to go which was super helpful! It was warm and cozy inside. I see there are some comments with complaints about noises: the room is located in the owners' house and there are LIFE SOUNDS that are quite normal, at least for me. I didn't mind it at all.

The room was large and the beds where comfy I booked this hotel as the room had a bath and my wife likes a bath What I like and another reason for booking this hotel is you can book in at 14:00 The breakfast was good with lots to eat and the coffee was nice Great location Bergamo is a nice city to wander around in and the medieval city on the hill is awesome at most you only need 2 days There are lot of restaurant and pizzeria in the city.

My room was spacious , spotless and quiet. The hotel location is great. And… the reception spoke English and actually understood my fast kiwi . A bonus. Breakfast was great and coffee awesome. This hotel was closed for about 18months after pandemic and I for one are really pleased for them that business is doing well. I have been to Bergamo a few times but I will always stay here in the future and would highly recommend this hotel.

It was veru handy for stopping en route to our final destination. There is a fantastic sushi restaurant nect door to the hotel that was open until late . The guy at the reception didn’t speak any English but he was very friendly and managed to explain rules etc.
