We used this hotel as a stop over after we arrived in Sardinia late in the evening and it served its purpose well. The staff were friendly and helpful and recommended some local restaurants for our tea and even gave a discount to three of them. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding and parking was easy as there is free street parking all around the hotel. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Our staying in Raphael Hotel in Arbatax was wonderful! Very nice staff, wonderful breakfasts, many restaurants nearby with very tasty Italian food. The place is outstanding, the view from the terrace is magnificent! The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was very calm and with great landscapes.

Our room had a nice terrace overlooking the bay and beach with great views beyond that. It was very spacious and roomy. The breakfast buffet was expansive and the service excellent. Also great views from the breakfast room. We enjoyed each evening in the piano bar with Saveryo, the musician who was warm and friendly and played requests. Hotel is located in a great spot to tour the Ogliastra region.
Offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, Il Borgo Cala Moresca in Bellavista Natural Park resembles an ancient Sardinian village.

We were booked into the Hotel Monte Turri, arthe tip of the Park Resort. The most impressive thing is the breakfast terrace, definitely the world's most stunning breakfast view. The staff was very helpful elpful and did their best. Wheras the overall managemt seemed a bit helpless.

I recently stayed at Arbatax Park with my family, and I must say it was a highly disappointing experience. Despite paying a premium price for what was supposed to be a 4-star resort, we encountered numerous issues. The rooms were not as advertised, with noisy air conditioning units placed right next to the beds. Basic amenities were missing, and the overall condition of the resort was subpar. The staff's lack of English proficiency and unhelpful attitude further added to our frustration. Safety concerns and a lackluster breakfast only added to our dissatisfaction. I would strongly advise against staying at Arbatax Park.

Arbatax is rather small and not extremely interesting.
Arbatax is rather small and not extremely interesting. It has some very good restaurants (Taratasciar, A Volonta). Also, nice beaches, not very crowded in September. It is great as a starting point for trips: Jeep tours (Gennargentu, Altopiano del Golgo), boat tours (Costa Baunei), or simply driving on the spectacular SS 125 to Dorgali and visiting S'abba Frisca (museum farm).

There's a lot of spectacular natural beauty here to explore.
There's a lot of spectacular natural beauty here to explore. From beautiful beaches to red rocks, one of the largest caves in all of Italy, and plenty of nearby towns with their own charm. I highly recommend a boat tour, but make sure you book with a small group so you don't end up on one of those ferries with over 100 people crammed in like cattle.
Also, be sure to spend some time exploring the interior!

They show a picture of a beautiful beach, when in effect when you see it in person it is a 20' by 3' section of a fake sandy beach between a bunch of rocks where nobody really swims. some lounge chairs stuck up on rocks away from the fake beach. the so called rooms are reachable if you are Mountain Goat and all scattered along the mountain side. the rooms have no working A/C none that you can control. To call the reception for help is useless. The phones don't work or there are no instructions on how to use them. The TV screen is the size of a Laptop computer and no instructions on what you can get or not get. There is a MAP of the Resort. A used one is shown to you by the receptionist. A copy is not given to you and if you ask they say they have no more copies left. I have been in many All inclusive Resorts. This is the worse ever .

It is a beautiful place, but unfortunately completely isolated from the outside world. We had a car, but the parking lot was far away and we had to take a shuttel. They didn't even have a map of the area at the reception and the internet went pretty bad. We had an old unreconstructed room, which surprised us a lot, because there were completely different photos on the menu. We arrived in the evening and had a big problem getting access to the restaurant because it was full. They did not suit us that the restaurants have exact opening times and in the meantime you can hardly eat anywhere / the surrounding restaurants outside the resort are far away. The dinners were very tasty, but the breakfast was the same every day. In the end, we got used to the outdated accommodation and restaurant system and we enjoyed our stay. The resort is huge and you have to accept its rules.

From our experience, Arbatax has not a lot to offer.
From our experience, Arbatax has not a lot to offer. Some parts seem really industrial and it is far away from being a beautiful spot to stay. It is quite practical if you want to to a boat tour to different beaches but you could possibly start the tour from other locations as well. We would not recommend to stay there if you want to see authentically sardegna.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Suites del Mare in Arbatax. The location is simply stunning, with breathtaking views of the sea right from my suite. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I enjoyed every moment of my stay, and I can't wait to return to this charming oasis by the sea. Highly recommended for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway!
We had such a lovely time at Borgo Cala Moresca. They kindly upgraded us on arrival and our room was very spacious, comfortable and modern. Breakfast was delicious and staff were so friendly and efficient. We spent a lot of time on its lovely beach and we also did a massage and the resort’s water SPA - both we really rated and would recommend
We would return in a heartbeat when we next come back to Sardinia!
We had a short stay here in Arbatax, but I couldn’t ask for a friendlier and more accommodating host. The accommodation is clean, modern and in a great location and Claudio is fantastic. He gave us a great restaurant recommendation (La Comida) which became our favourite eatery from our whole trip and when we left some items behind he was straight on the phone to us to come back. Thank you so much again!
The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet is good , I like all the foods. The WiFi is strong around in the Pool, bar and lobby but they don’t have WiFi connection on the room which is okey for me and for my kids then they can sleep enough. The Hotel own another beach Lodi di orri with Restaurant. it’s beautiful beach so clean and white sand. You can ask on the reception lobby.
Our room was very clean and included everything we needed. Oumar was delightful. We were surprised - and grateful! - that he helped carry our luggage up the stairs, (We were traveling for 7 weeks so had more baggage than usual.) He served a very nice breakfast including homemade jams, muffins and cookies. Parking our car was safe and easy. There is a small market nearby.
This hotel is set next to a wonderful beach. All the services provided by the hotel staff are excellent. From room cleanliness, attention to details in the rooms, to reception, restaurant (breakfast and dinner service), bar, beach everybody behaved with extreme professionalism. The attention given to customers was always there without being too much.
Hotel is superb clean and smell nice, breakfast was amazing with the pastry is so delicious, Pietro helps us and gave information that we need, great guy.
Overall was really nice and in de neighborhood there are enough restaurants, gelateria and beach of walking distance, we were very happy and for sure going to come back next time.
We stayed there at the end of our tour of the east of Sardinia... what can I say other than it was fabulous! The hotel reminds me of being in the Caribbean as does the beach and the sea is glorious. Staff are so friendly and will bend over backwards to help, good breakfast and amazing natural park inside the resort.
The hotel is a well refined gem in the middle of Arbatax. They have a nice garden where you can enjoy your breakfast or an aperitivo before dinner. The staff is lovely and always available for tips and suggestions.
The breakfast is excellent. The parking is free and the nearest beach is 15 minutes walk.
The staff was absolutely adorable, providing great recommendations of beaches nearby, and even loaning a beach towel and parasol. The breakfast was amazing, with great local products and good variety. They also gave a great suggestion of restaurant to have dinner in Arbatax
The hotel is about 5 min walking distance to nearest beach. There are also nice restaurants nearby, reservation is recommended because in the evening it can get quite full. Room was clean and spacious, facilities ok. Good breakfast is served on a terrace outside.
Spacious room and bathroom, staff was very helpful to suggest restaurants in the area. The beaches in the resort are nice and quiet, with umbrellas to be used by hotel guests. Kayaks and sups available too.
Breakfast was very good.
We were met at the property and given a tour of the apartment. The location by the beach was lovely, and the facilities were perfect for the purpose. Nice and quiet, and a great stop after hustling around Sardinia for a busy week.
Lovely hotel with spacious room and AC. Enjoyed the breakfast and while we never got a chance to use it, the pool was clean and very inviting. Hotel staff was very accommodating and helped with bookings and directions.
Beautiful hotel, easily accessible, breathtaking pool area, friendly staff and stylish interior. The restaurant was a tiny expensive albeit the fish were fresh as can be and food quality was good.
Property is located in a quiet area which is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and port - in case you get a boat tour from Arbatax harbour very early in the morning, this is a plus.
The location of our room was nice. The staff was very friendly. We were in the same hotel 5 years ago, but not the cottage part, the upgrade to cottage is worth the price.
