The location was incredible. We booked 2 rooms and they were comfortable, spacious, clean and cute. One of them had an amazing view of the Plaza. We loved it!
The breakfast was delicious and the staff was supe nice. At the front desk, Irmer (i can't remember his exact name) recommended a restaurant for dinner and it was delicious and beautiful.

The lobby area was lovely and the staff very helpful. Our room was nice with very comfortable bed. Fairly small with little room for bags, but comfortable once we got things situated. Very close to train which was important to us because we did several day trips from Bologna. And city center was an easy walk from the hotel. We would stay here again!
