The breakfast area is very cozy and the host provide plenty of fresh options for breakfast that was great for us. The location is not far from Udine or Cividale. It is in a sleepy village if you would like to be a little bit separated from busy Italian cities.

The family room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room is not carpeted which is a big plus. The room is at not facing the busy street and is quiet at night. But unfortunately on Friday and Saturday, there were some public concerts that last till midnight. Location is ok, close to city center, perfect as a day trip to close by villages.
