The owners went out of their way to make our stay comfortable for us. The rooms are very cozy and clean, each apartment had a small kitchen. We were a group of friends walking on the via Francigena, and we found that the owner had already made reservations for our dinner at a nearby restaurant, else we would not have been have to get a slot. That was very thoughtful of the owners, tired and hungry that we were after a long day's walk.

Perfect property, in a picturesque and quiet location. It is easy to travel to the local town and it is well connected by roads to other places. Would suggest renting a car. Hosts were perfect.

We liked this location. It was a farm stay out in the country, on a farm that made pecorino cheese from sheep on the farm. There was a nice main building. There was a restaurant that was excellent. We had a tour of the cheese making facilities. It was far enough out in the country to be quiet, but within less than 10 km of Volterra. Getting out in the tuscan countryside was easy, but note that the roads are very twisty, so it can take longer to get places. We were given very good instructions on how to find it. They also have a pool, which we did not use, as the weather was still too cold.

Free Wifi is available throughout the property and Piazza Matteotti is 31 miles away. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance.

We stayed here while hiking the Via Francigena. Super easy to find and the host was amazing. He gave us a great recommendation for dinner and also runs a small bar in the main square that I also highly recommend!
