Outside everything's just perfect.
Two good resto's nearby (1,2 km (La locanda del Busta)+ 2,5km (Il Salt'In Boca))

Everything was perfect. The hotel itself has a lot of character and welcoming environment. The stuff were extremely helpful, they gave us advice for dinner and drinks and details about the town and the area. The room was huge and really comfortable to arrange our stuff. Bathroom amazing -big and clean- heating was appropriate for the temperature outside ( since we arrived in a cold day).

Panicale is a wonderfull old town on top of the hill with townwalls and narrow streets, and beautiful small squares. Good restaurants and even a small theatre and festival in september. Carparking on the streets close to the hotel is possible not for free. From the town panoramic views on Lake Trasimeno!

Panicale is a beautiful hilltop town with a lovely charm and friendly people. Town piazza is great - good restaurants both for dining out and for getting a quick bite. Town is small so getting around is easy. If you want to go further then we would recommend a car though we did manage to get to other places using public transport.JimAustralia

They are very nice people 😊 We liked the farm house apartment a lot as it's surrounded by olive trees garden and is located in calm and peaceful area. The views are breathtaking. The apartment is made, designed and decorated with the sense of style right down to the smallest detail. Umbria region has lots to offer plus you can visit Tuscany as the house is located not far away from Montepulciano, Val d'orca, Chianti hills etc. Thank you again for our great vacation!

House is newly renovated, very well equipped, clean and comfortable, swimmig pool is simply great. The spacious terrace area with garden furniture is ideal for meals and evening relax - it also has marvellous view on the lake. It's a good base for visiting the nearby picturesque villages (Panicale, Paciano, Castiglione del Lago) and major cities of Umbria. The owners were very nice and helpful with everything that was needed. .

The host Elisa is most friendly and helpful, if you need any tips she is happy to help. She welcomes you with vegetables grown in her own garden. From the location you can easily travel to Perugia, Città della Pieve or Assisi. To Panicale it's only a short walk and hiking paths are not far. To stay for some time in an olive grove is just wonderful. We thank Elisa that we could stay in her nice holiday house.SabineGermany

The hosts, Freddy and Silvia, are fabulous. In Cerreto, they have been able to create an extremely relaxing and friendly atmosphere.
