Good location, especially for travelling into Venice without staying on the actual island (bus 5 min walk from location). Check in was smooth. Room met expectations - you get what you pay for it you are avoiding the Venice premium. The only thing we really missed was having a mini fridge.

Everything was perfect. Easy to find, parking, comfortable beds. Very close to bus station for transport to Venice. Good breakfast and very polite hosts. They explained everything and can buy bus tickets from the reception.
