Room was nice size and breakfast was adequate. The owner did give us a ride to the train station which was nice of him.

Great location. Fabulous setting and garden off-set from the road, which provides a lovely oasis of calm from the crowds and is a delightful place to eat or have a drink. Fantastic breakfast. Large, well-appointed, clean room - very good value for money. Very comfortable bed. Rooms are designed around an open, inner courtyard - very spacious and airy. Friendly, helpful staff.

We stayed as a family of 4 in the pesco room for 3 nights from 30th may to 2nd of June. The hotel is a real gem of a place and is in a lovely spot with a view of Vesuvius and beautifully kept grounds- although it feels a little remote it’s a great place to escape from the bustle of Naples and is less than a half hour journey to the airport. We found it very easy to get around by train especially as the hotel provide a shuttle service to the train station- this was much appreciated! The swimming pool was lovely and very much enjoyed by our sons even though the weather was a little underwhelming 😄 The hotel itself is really charming and was just overall an incredibly tranquil place to be. What really made it for us though was the staff- they couldn’t have done more to help and all of them went out of their way in terms of customer services and friendliness. A special mention to Antonio the manager and to Tommaso the waiter for being so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay-a huge thanks to both of them. Worth mentioning that although the hotel is in a quiet area it is actually only a short walk to nearby restaurants-we enjoyed brilliant pizzas and pasta at Il Locandiere di Valentino Falanga which is just a few minutes walk up the hill from the hotel, and also went to La Briciola in Trecase for yet more fantastic pizza! The walk is just over 10 mins-maybe longer with small children and the walk along Via Sottotenente Staibano provides wonderful views across the bay of Naples. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay-we will definitely be recommending the Palazzo to our friends and hope to visit again one day!

The hotel was within walking distance of the railway station and busstop, plus only a few hundred metres from the entrance of the Pompei ruins. The bus took us to the entrance of the Vesuvius, ideal for our destination, the walk to the top. (no toilets there, so go at the station/bus stop)

Location was perfect

Rich decorated building. Very nice territory. We slept well, enjoyed our breakfast and spent some very peaceful hours here. There was some event in the evening in the banquet hall, but it doesn't interfere. Seems that it's a place for events so may be it's not so comfortable in other days We loved rose bushes (red and white) and saw two cats black and white. I think there can be a kind of story :)
