Very cute Tuscan town, quiet, friendly. We will return for a longer stay at some point. The house was clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner by SMS was simple. The price was reasonable. Just what we needed.

Absolutely amazing! We really wished we had booked more nights here! The room was beautiful - historic, yet fully modern - the breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip to Italy, and the hosts we so nice and accommodating. I would go back in a minute!

We waited several minutes, but the hosts were very kind and helpful. The city is lovely. Very clean and comfortable. Easy access. Bars, stores and restaurants very nearby. We scored 20 places where we stayed on the Via Francigena, and this lodging placed 7th overall.

The hotel is well located if you’re walking the Via Francigena. It’s close to a decent Alimentare and a number of good restaurants. Our room had a large balcony with a lovely view of the surrounding countryside. Good all round facilities, including a washing machine, which was very welcome, as we were walking the Via Francegina. The keys were left out for us, but the host called over to us later, to explain everything and to check if everything was okay. Radicofani is a nice town to stay in, with plenty to see (the tower of course !) and some nice little restaurants.

Check-in was smooth and even earlier than announced. The views from the windows are pretty - one side of the valley the other one of Rocca Radicofani. The location has spectacular views and is an uphill walk or easy drive into the incredible medieval Tuscan town of Radicofani. The outdoor space is a great place to hang out at all times of the day. The room itself was fine, if a little dated. Lovely to have a bath, to soak my aching legs whilst cycling from Canterbury to Rome. It was peaceful, virtually silent, and the staff were very friendly even if no English was spoken, we still managed to communicate.
