The hotels exterior is beautiful, and lovely to sit outside and have a cafe latte! The staff were wonderful and super helpful 10/10 for them! The location was very convenient, it was only a 5-7 minute walk to trains/tram/buses which take you straight to the main attractions within minutes! It is not in a high tourist area and is away from the attractions which means the restaurants nearby are the best food wise and value! No tourist traps like when you go to the restaurants in the tourist areas.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff members were shockingly rude and displayed unacceptable racist behavior. Despite their promises, they failed to provide an invoice for my stay, leaving me frustrated after multiple attempts to follow up via emails and phone calls. It's clear that customer care is not a priority for them. Even the breakfast staff exhibited the same level of arrogance and disrespect. I've taken the necessary steps to file a complaint with consumer service in Italy. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this establishment due to its unprofessional and disrespectful treatment of guests.

We wanted a clean, decent, affordable room relatively near the Roman sights and this delivered. Staff was kind and helpful. We saved about $40 keeping our luggage there before check in instead of storing it at train station. This was about a ten minute walk from a metro station and helpful bus routes. Room was quiet and even had a nice outdoor area we never actually used. The room is small, but not a problem considering most of the time was spent in the city. Perfect for our family of three.
