This is a superb place to stay. The staff are exceptional - they could not do enough for us. The decor is just beautiful throughout with lovely traditional furniture, sculpture and art. Our room was a family room, gorgeous and spacious. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The roof top pool was a bonus after hot days of temple hopping. The hotel also has complimentary afternoon tea and snacks, and an excellent tuk tuk service that drops off and picks up for just a dollar. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

We LOVED our stay here. Everything was great - the room, the pool, the food and restaurant, the staff and, the location. Even though everyone was exhausted from Songkran, the staff were always lovely and remembered you. Cannot recommend enough.

The staff are very attentive. I arrived at this hotel at 12:00 as I had changed my planned accommodation at short notice. Originally we were supposed to check in at 14:00, but they were happy to let us in. I was especially indebted to Mr Nai, Mr Vanny ,Ms Phen and Mr Solin. They were very helpful and friendly. I was worried about travelling alone, but they made the trip very enjoyable!

Awesome location in a great area, close to everything, good walking distance to Pub Street. Breakfast was great, accommodation was fantastic, had a problem on arrival but staff went out of their way to fix it, which they did. Pool was wonderful , clean and good temperature. Tuk Tuk driver Chan was amazing, very knowledgeable, caring, and thoughtful. A great guide when going for a day trip to Angkor Wat. I would definitely recommend this hotel and driver when in Siem Reap.

If you’re looking for beautiful hotels with big swimming pool, I can recommend this hotel. The hotel has a great design with modern facilities. Room was spotlessly clean with good size and free WiFi. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Pool was a good place to relax with sunbeds and trees around. Location was good close to pub street. We would highly recommend this hotel and will come to stay again!!!!
