The scenery outside the balcony is nice, truly seaview. It’s a budget small studio unit for 2, located on 2nd floor, consider cozy but cleanliness need to be improved. Owner tried to give alternative offer and prompt to settle the problem of electricity shortage/disturbance when we arrived, which causing us not able to access to unit. So I think owner is a responsible person.
