This is a studio apartment and the classy black decor was superb, and the overall size of the rooms were a great relief.

The location is convenient. The House is located by canal which is quite nice view. It is specious for six of us and clean. The kitchen equipment is fair enough for us. However, the description of the Standard Apartment does not quite match with the real situation. It said on the room description is "2 bathrooms with a shower" but actually it is only one bathroom with toilet plus a separate toilet. It is not convenient for six of us and disappointed. In addition, the Standard Apartment is located at the top floor of the building and the owner said he would put some chairs on each corner of the stairs for my father, who is aged 80+, but this promise had been forgotten and the sheep stairs was quite challenging for him. Some windows are lack of maintenance and un-openable, curtain in two single bedroom is malfunction. In overall, we had a nice stay there.
