The building is lovely! The entrance has a huge lounge with lots of seating. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient, and the huge breakfast buffet was incredible.

Hotel is very close to airport. The bus from the airport stops half block away. Convenient shuttle service from the hotel. The restaurant serves a good salmon dinner. The breakfast is included within the room price and it's very very good and plentiful with a lot of varieties! It's not too expensive, and it's so close to the Airport, Gardermoen, + transport from and to the airport , around 10 minutes each way, cheaper than a taxi good breakfast very early in the morning,start at 4am. Comfy beds, a tv, good shower, So if you need to take a early flight, and not living near by, this is a very god stay.

I've twice stayed at the Gardermoen Thon and I plan to stay twice in 2024, it's near Gardermoen Airport, the pilots and aircrew stay there, perfect overnight location for our onward trip to Northern Norway.

There are trolleys for your luggage in the front of the hotel which is very convenient. To walk to the airport (in a covered walkway) took us about 10 -12 minutes. So depending on how fast you walk, it could take more or less time.
