The main lounge area was nice and comfortable with plenty of seating and lovely views thanks to the big expanse of glass.
There was all day free coffee and tea available as well as water.
The hotel has a great arboretum with a trail map which takes you round on a lovely walk. You can also take a trail down to the little beach area at the very bottom of where the hotel is located. Please note both are a little challenging in uphill walking terrain.
Overall the hotel was very quiet to sleep and the food on offer was very good, certainly dinner was lovely which was a main course and a dessert.
Breakfast was not bad but compared to other places we stayed at in Norway was not as extensive in terms of choices.
Charges for the food very reasonable and again staff very friendly and helpful.
