All 3 hosts we met went off their way to help us. Much appreciated! Location was a tad out of the way but it was what the property meant to be. A place to be in touch with nature.

The hotel is well located in the centre of Castelo Branco.
It was very easy to find; and when we arrived it was fairly easy to locate parking nearby. Although, I would imagine that, at times, it could be difficult.
The receptionist was friendly, amenable and helpful.
The room was a good size, comfortable and well appointed / decorated. We enjoyed a good night’s sleep without any disturbances.
Breakfast was a buffet style with reasonable choice of hot and cold food and beverages.
Around the hotel it is easy to walk to local attractions, cafés and restaurants.

The location is perfect with easy access to shops, cafes, restaurants and the historic old town. The rooms were large and well appointed. There was a repair required in our room upon check-in so we were given a free upgrade to a premium apartment at no charge. Excellent customer service!
