The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and large enough for 3 adults, and the location was awesome and the food around Rossio was fantastic! Would definitely book again. Can't wait to return.

We stayed at this hotel in 2019 and chose to return. We liked the location and the ability to be able to walk to many places, including restaurants for dinner, although it is up the hill from the riverfront. The room was spacious and clean. We chose to visit some of the local pastelarias for breakfast instead of eating breakfast at the hotel. The staff was helpful in calling a taxi for us on the day we left to take us to the train station. Overall we liked staying here.
