Great place, big to accommodate many people, great deck and barbecue facilities. Nice walk to the beach. Antique anterior, makes it cozy. Kitchen very well equipped. Sahdhamn is a beautiful island at the edge of the archipelago, so please note it can get a bit windy since there are very few islands protecting it from the sea. There are trails criss-crossing the island, so it’s easy to hike around and since it’s not very big there is no risk for getting lost. During the winter most restaurants and shops are closed, but Sandhamn Seglarhotell is open and they have delicious food. The island is transformed during the summer months with lots of people, party and a much wider range of restaurants to choose from. So, depending on what you are after, choose the season to visit Sandhamn carefully. ;-)
