Staff is very kind and spoke English. It is close to where we needed to be and a short walk to the downtown plaza. They had free parking available which is always a problem is other areas.

It was our second stay in the Roca hotel. We like the convenience of the location (10 minutes taxi ride to the train and bus stations, tram line to the Kosice town centre, 20 minutes walk to a big supermarket), decent rooms, good breakfast, convenience of the restaurant, very friendly staff, good coffee :)

This was a pleasant surprise. We expected less value than what we got in the end. The hotel is very modern, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast was very good (not too many choices, but still solid selection), the location of the hotel is not directly in the city center, but still very close. Free parking is a great perk that we appreciated a lot.
Late night arrival is possible and was very smooth experience.
