The employee who checked us in was excellent. She was quick and friendly. Our room was ready early, as I'd hoped and we were able to get ready effectively for the wedding we were attending. Would definitely come again!

The breakfast was top-notch.!! The rooms were absolutely beautiful and clean .. The pool was small and felt very secure. The staff went from sour to sweet. Seemed like she wanted to argue with me about my booking Initially, but then ended up taking out garbage from our Pizza for us. So I guess she made up for her nasty attitude. I think she said her name was Cassandra. Overall I was definitely satisfied especially with the property and will definitely be booking again...🅿️🅿️🅿️🤗🤗🤗

Every one was very professional and even when things came up they were very tentative. They made it feel very homey for me and my family. I loved how they had games available in the lobby. Even are guest felt welcomed. Also loved the available fresh coffee in the lobby.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. Upon arrival at 1 am, the overnight staff's professionalism and warm welcome were commendable, setting a positive tone for my stay. However, my experience took a sharp turn when I encountered Jay at the front desk. His rude demeanor, accompanied by dismissive hand gestures and even going as far as calling me "crazy" behind the manager's back, greatly detracted from the otherwise welcoming atmosphere.
As someone who had traveled from Canada to attend a funeral, I was already in a vulnerable state and did not anticipate such treatment. Nevertheless, the situation was salvaged by the prompt intervention of the lady manager, who handled the matter with grace and respect. Her professionalism and willingness to address the issue were commendable, ultimately mitigating the impact of Jay's behavior.
In summary, while the initial impression of the hotel was positive thanks to the overnight staff's hospitality, the encounter with Jay was regrettable. However, the effective resolution by the manager reaffirmed my faith in the establishment's commitment to guest satisfaction
I booked on line thru booking com. It's sweetest day and I asked for a king bed. Only to get there and be told they didn't have anymore after I reserved it. And gave me a double bed which kind of killed the mood. Stating that u had to give a room number to a place I've never stayed in before. Help me make that make sense. The hotel itself is really nice.
The hotel was very nice, I made a last minute reservation traveling from a 17 hour drive and it was perfect for such a short amount of time. The staff was friendly and even allowed us to check out late. I only had one complaint of the spa tub. It was dirty and had built up dirt coming out of some of the jets. The staff was very professional and switched our room for us. Overall I enjoyed it, it was very comfortable and came with lots of extra towels etc. definitely would stay again.
Chose this hotel based on prior experience at another location that was decent and it was near family. One of the staff was exceedingly helpful in trying to rectify a completely preventable fiasco with our room, TWICE. She handled the situation quickly, practically and professionally. Did her best to make up for the failures of the rest of her team, which were insurmountable. But her efforts deserve recognition!
The location was good for accessing the athletic facility in Romeoville. The parking lot had plenty of free parking. The hotel lobby and breakfast area was very clean. Staff was nice. Hotel was clean.
Breakfast was handled well everything was clean and the location was great because you were conveniently located next to other restaurants and gas stations in the area
We loved the suite. It was perfect for our family of six. The staff was fantastic, very kind and informative. The entire hotel was clean and in good condition.
Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible the power went out in the whole hotel for 45 minutes and someone should’ve went around making announcements as to what to do
