It was surprisingly comfortable, very cute, and meticulously clean. For a trailer park, it was astonishingly pleasant. The design of the sitting area was lovely; the surrounding landscape very pleasant. Nice place, but I don't think I'd spend more than two nights there.

They didn't supply breakfast - a few packaged snacks that were all gone when I went down at 8:30. They should not be able to advertise that they have breakfast. The bed was comfortable. The fridge was noisy and ran most of the night. It was fairly quiet. I felt it was good value for what we paid. I would stay again.

Breakfast was good. Coffee was fair. It was good to see a lady cleaning up the kitchen continuously. The Woodburn hotel is a lot nicer than a lot of other Best Westerns. The personnel at the front were really nice. BIG TURNOFF! We were coming from the airport early (10:00am). I had originally asked for a early check in and was told they would try. When we got there about 11:30 they were going to charge us $80 for early check in. Not nice.
Nearby is McMinville (6 miles away). Where there’s a nice little downtown with cafes. We enjoyed the Al Chemist Bakery. Great artist supply shop the Merri Artist. Not sure if we missed downtown Dayton, didn’t have enough time to explore.
